Exercise may also alleviate stress, pressures, and anxiety, improve concentration levels, and reduce feelings of hunger.

Reducing calories for diabetics should not be limited to simply cutting down on meals, replacing white sugar with sucralose, and consuming low-fat foods. Instead, exercise must be incorporated alongside these measures, after consulting a specialist doctor.

Additionally, exercise and aerobic activities can prevent the occurrence of diabetes complications and reduce the likelihood of heart disease. They also help burn excess body fat and control glucose levels. However, it is important for diabetics, in particular, to pay attention and adhere to safety precautions to avoid harming themselves due to their condition.

Tips for Exercising with Diabetes
To gain the full benefits of exercise for diabetics, they must follow some tips regarding how to exercise correctly and safely. The most important of these tips for exercising with diabetes are:

Obtain approval from the treating physician before starting a new exercise routine.
Have fruit juice or any type of sugar before going out to exercise, in case of low blood sugar, especially when exercising away from home.
Wear appropriate footwear for the type of exercise you are doing to prevent injuries and wounds to the feet. It is also advisable to wear special sports socks to prevent excessive friction that can cause injuries.
Ensure there are no wounds or sores on your feet before exercising and putting on shoes.
Consistently drink water before, during, and after exercise.
Carry personal identification when exercising in case of fainting or needing medical assistance.
Check blood sugar levels before and after exercise. It is also advisable to consult a doctor regarding the appropriate blood sugar level before exercising.
Stop exercising and check blood sugar levels if you feel tremors, anxiety, excessive sweating, or any unusual change in heart rhythm (heart rate).
Perform muscle warm-up exercises for 5-10 minutes before any type of sport, so that the body is prepared for exercise and not surprised by difficult and intense workouts.
Exercise for 30 minutes a day. It does not necessarily have to be continuous; it can be divided throughout the day.
Engage in aerobic exercises for diabetics, as they improve body health.
Participate in sports that involve more than one person, as this can help develop social relationships and meet new people.
Practice swimming, as it helps with relaxation. It is recommended for those suffering from arthritis because it does not put pressure on the joints and allows for relaxation and comfort in the water.
Use stairs instead of the elevator.

Recommended types of exercise for diabetics are aerobic exercises, such as:

Walking.
Jogging.
Skating.
Tennis.
Rowing.
Jump rope.
Dancing.
Swimming.
Cycling.
Basketball.
There are some types of sports that are not considered aerobic exercises, and therefore are less beneficial for diabetics, such as: horseback riding, golf, football, volleyball, and bowling.

https://www.webteb.com/articles/%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B1%D9%8A%D8%A7%D8%B6%D8%A9-%D9%88%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B5%D8%AD%D8%A9-%D9%84%D9%85%D8%B1%D8%B6%D9%89-%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B3%D9%83%D8%B1%D9%8A-%D8%A7%D9%84%D9%85%D8%B3%D9%85%D9%88%D8%AD-%D9%88%D8%A7%D9%84%D9%85%D9%85%D9%86%D9%88%D8%B9_10197

Source: Webteb It is worth noting that exercise can improve insulin function in diabetics, and it can also reduce the need for medication.
